Services

As a postpartum doula, I offer many services to the families I support, but my main goal is to help “mother the mother” and nurture the entire family as you transition into life with a newborn. This would include doing things that help mom and dad feel more confident in their new or current role.

Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth

Here to lift objects you might physically need, bring you your pump, a snack, your baby. Checking in on your emotional state
